Commission Disclosure

NIVO distributes Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes and receives trail commission from asset management companies (AMCs) on the assets its clients hold. This commission is part of each scheme’s published Total Expense Ratio — it is never an additional charge to you. Commission rates vary by AMC, scheme and category. The rates applicable to any scheme you are considering — including competing schemes of different mutual funds — are disclosed to you before you transact, and a full statement is available on request at invest@nivowealth.com. For PMS, NIVO receives distribution fees from the portfolio manager, as disclosed in the manager’s fee documents.
